Vacation Rental Description

Our condo is located directly on the crystal clear shores of the  
Gulf of Mexico in beautiful Indian Rocks Beach.  Indian Rocks has  
soft sand beaches, great restaurants and is just south of Clearwater  
Beach. 
 
This top-floor condo has dramatic views of the Gulf of Mexico from  
the balcony and the 24 foot of windows from the living room and  
kitchen. From the balcony you’re so close to the pelicans soaring  
by, you can almost touch them.  Enjoy spectacular sunsets, watch the  
dolphins play, or just relax with a pina colada to the sounds of the  
surf. 
 
The master bedroom suite has a king-size bed, and a queen in the 2nd  
bedroom both have tv's and beachy decor. The living room has leather  
reclining sofas and a 37-inch HDTV with digital cable for relaxing  
after a long day of beaching.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Free High-speed Internet access, phones, air conditioning, 36 inch  
cable TV in the LR, cable tvs and dvd in the bedrooms, full kitchen,  
dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer in condo, cooking utensils  
and cookware, Electric grill on the balcony for cooking the fish you  
catch, linens, pool and Jacuzzi, private and guest parking, beach  
towels, chairs umbrellas and floats. 
Sorry, No Pets. Smoking, if you must, only on the outside balcony

Activities and Attractions

Indian Rocks Beach is close to everything.  Walk to many very good 
restaurants, post office and drug store.  The Suncoast Trolley  
connects all of the Gulf Beach towns, and is right out front.  Close  
to casino cruises, golf, shopping, Baseball spring training, boating  
and fishing. We are just 40 minutes from Tampa International Airport  
and Busch Gardens; 2 hours to Disney World, Universal Studios and  
more Orlando attractions.
