Silver Bay Ledgetop Family Retreat in Lake George

Perfect for a family reunion, this beautiful home
offers scenic views of Oneida Bay on Lake George. The house is
clean, spacious and well-equipped. This is warm-weather rental only and will be closed for the winter season.  Our house is typically available without access to the private beach across the street, but for the weeks prior to July 2 and between August 13 and Columbus Day, our renters will have access to a semi-private  beach with boat slip.  See pricing for rates with and without waterfront.

Ledgetop contains an abundently furnished eat-in kitchen, dining
room with seating for 10, large porch, fully finished cellar
playroom with ping-pong, gas grill, 25' living room with fireplace,
3 1/2 baths, large closets, fans in each bedroom, laundry with dryer
and spacious lawns. The bedrooms are configured with one king room, one queen room, two rooms with single twin beds and two rooms with two twin beds.

Public boat ramp and beach are five miles north in Hague. Five-
minute walk to Silver Bay Association YMCA family camp with boating,
beaches, tennis, archery and more. Local activities include the
Great Escape theme park, white water rafting, Fort Ticonderoga
historic site, rodeo, hiking and mountain biking.  During the weeks between August 21 and Columbus Day, renters will have access to a semi-private beach with dock and boat slip which is located across the street from the house.

$1,800/week between Memorial Day Weekend and June 19

$2,500/week between June 19 and July 2 with waterfront and boat slip included

$2,200/week between July 2 and August 13, no waterfront included

$4,000/week between August 13 and Labor Day weekend, waterfront and boat slip included
