Executive pool villa 7 miles from Disney in Disney Area

Our luxurious vacation home is in the popular Esprit development at
the Western end of US 192. It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms,
it's own private pool and all modern conveniences. The villa is
situated in a peaceful and attractive location, yet it is only
minutes from Walt Disney World and other major attractions. The
Esprit community includes a golf course, swimming pool and cabana,
tennis courts, basketball court and access to Lake Davenport via a
jetty and a boat slip.

Why pay expensive hotel bills when you can stay at our villa with
all the comforts of home for a fraction of the price? After a busy
day at the theme parks or shopping malls, cool off in your own
private pool, enjoy an evening drink sitting at the poolside deck
and watch the beautiful Florida sunset. Our villa sleeps 8 people
in 4 bedrooms and for larger parties an additional 2 people can be
accommodated with a sofa bed in the living room. We have a full
kitchen with stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, pop-up toaster and
refrigerator with through door water and ice dispenser. There is a
family room with TV and VCR, as well separate dining and
living rooms.

Four bedrooms, two bathrooms. Master bedroom has en-suite
bathroom with separate bathtub and shower and it's own pool entrance.
Hairdryer, ironing board, bed linen and towels are all provided.

Full eat-in kitchen with stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator
(with thru door icemaker), coffee maker, pop-up toaster and full
range of glassware, plates and silverware.

Private screened pool (heating optional) with part covered lanai,
patio table, chairs and sunbeds.
Laundry room with full-size washer and dryer.
Professionally managed with regular cleaning, pool, yard maintenance
and pest control services.

Walt Disney World is less than 10 minutes away and Universal, Sea
World and other attractions within 30 minutes.

The Esprit development has it's own community pool with cabana,
tennis and basketball courts, lakefront with boat slip and jetty and
an executive golf course running through the community. There are
numerous other golf courses nearby.

Being located in Centra Florida, the Atlantic and Gulf coasts are
little more than an hour away. This provides easy access to beaches,
as well as attractions such as Cape Canaveral and Busch Gardens.

Low season:$99/night;$675/week;$2,700/month Jan-March, December
(excl Christmas & New Year).

Mid Season:$105/night; $720/week;$2,900/month, April-June, October-
November.

High season/Holidays:$129/night;$895/week;$3,550/month, July-
September, Christmas & New Year.

All rates subject to local sales and tourist tax at 12%. Minimum 3
day rental except for holiday periods when 5 day minimum applies.

Pool heat optional $150 per week. Maid service included at start of
rental period. Optional mid-term maid service available.

Terms 10% non-refundable deposit to secure rental. Balance due 8
weeks before commencement of rental, 50% forfeit if cancellation 4-8
weeks prior to rental and 100% if within 4 weeks. Payment by check
in US$. Can also accept payment into UK bank account in £
sterling. Credit cards and funds transfers now accepted via PayPal.
