The pool and hot tub area are in a private setting for year round enjoyment. Take advantage of one of the 8 picnic tables and grills amidst the expansive lawn. Plenty of room for running and playing, reading and catching some rays. The towering pecan trees (help yourself to the pecans) and massive cypress trees line the rivers edge…Just beautiful!

The home is fully stocked with all your basic kitchen needs, NEW fridge/freezer with ice & water dispenser, all appliances including a dishwasher & microwave, toaster, coffee pot and blender.

We have 3 cable TVs with DVD players, Stereo w/MP3 capability, fine linens, plenty of soft towels, iron & board, hair dryer & free local & Texas phone service. There is also a GE washer and dryer. You'll be surprised by all the little extras. Bella Vista comfortably sleeps 6 with 2 luxurious Queen beds and a Queen sleeper sofa.

Enjoy the beach style pool with bubbling fountains and shallow area for the little ones (heated in the winter), new courtyard pool and now, a total of FOUR hot tubs on the premises with additional grill in the courtyard area. Our grounds are well maintained & relaxing!

You’ll be walking distance from world-famous Schlitterbahn Water Park
(only .4 miles away) and less than one mile from Comal River put-in
or downtown New Braunfels. Plenty of tube rental outfits to choose
from on either the Comal or Guadalupe Rivers. Check out New Braunfels

information. Try fishing from your own lawn or the
nearby City Park, which has a playground for the kids. They will
probably stay busy enough running all over the expansive lawn within
view of your balcony. Visit our awesome Public Library, numerous area
museums and antique shops. Other area attractions include Historic
Gruene, Texas (only a few miles away) for live Music, Various restaurants and
shops. For avid shoppers, either Tanger Outlet
Mall or the Forum Shopping Center are both within 20 minutes drive.
Both San Antonio and Austin are easy drives but you may want to
explore the lovely Hill Country towns of Wimberly & Fredricksburg if

Reservation/Damage Deposit: $200/less than 1 week, $250/1 week or longer

A $65 Cleaning fee will be added for each reservation.

We provide 3 Big TV/DVD's with expanded Cable channels & Wifi available free or/minimal fee.           Daily & weekly rentals are subject to a 13% Hotel tax.
Absolutely No Pets & No smoking in the unit.
