Hipditch House (blue house to the right of the pink house) wasacquired in 2004 and restored in 2005-2006. The decor includes
contemporary furnishings which create a "Coastal Living" atmosphere.
Hipditch House has three bedrooms, an expansive kitchen with bar, and
offers incredible views of the city and harbour. In addition, a
newly constructed south-facing deck with barbeque has been added that
offers views of the towering rock face base of Signal Hill. Hipditch House is managed by Coastal Cottages East and is part of the CapeRace group of properties. The house is equipped with television, stereo, dining place settings for eight. One bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, one room with a double bed, and one room with a double and a twin bed. Laundry facilities are on premises.
