townhouse a great vacation spot for large families. Entry to main  
level has mudroom that leads into fully equipped kitchen, nicely  
decorated living area with wood stove and dining area. Master bedroom  
with attached bathroom. Second level 3 bedrooms with full bath.  
Finished basement has bunk beds and a pull out sleepsofa. Basement is  
a combo family room with TV/VCR/DVD and sleep area. Bar area with big  
screen television and wood burning stove.  
Full laundry room and 1/2 bath in basement. 
Seasonal heated pool nearby.  
              THIS IS A NO SMOKING NO PETS PROPERTY!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Unit has been completely painted and redecorated. Filled with  
woodland charm! All new furnishings. Kitchen fully equipped  
dishwaser, microwave, toaster, blender, coffeemaker, and more. Great  
deck with gas grill. Full laundry room in basement and all linens  
included.

Mountain climbing, hiking, biking, downhill & cross country skiing,  
kayaking, canoeing, swimming, shopping, snowmobiling, snowshoeing. 
 
Storyland, Mt. Washington Auto Road, Cog Railway, Santa's Village,  
Clark's Trading Post, Whale's Tale, The Flume, Lost River and other  
White Mountain attractions are 5 minutes - 1 hour away.

Vacation Rental Rates

Weekend stay $450. Holiday weekend $550. 
Weekly rate varies on time of season. Winter weeks are $1,200 except  
holiday weeks which are $2,500.  Currently available for Christmas  
week and Feb. vacation. 
Spring and Fall weeks are available for $850.00.   
Summer - weekly rentals only for $950.00.   
A 50% deposit and a refundable security deposit of $200.00 is due  
upon return of rental agreement. Balance due two weeks prior to  
rental period.
