Vacation Rental Description

Eagle Crest Townhouse Condo located in the new Creekside area on the  
of Eagle Crest. Our townhome has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and will  
sleep up to 6 guests with 2 queen beds and a queen sleeper sofa in  
the living room. The living room has a sofa, loveseat and 27" color  
TV with cable, VCR, and a gas fireplace. The master suite has a  
master bath that includes a shower and tub as well as a TV.  
 
For our guests enjoyment this is a No-Smoking unit. Pets, please  
inquire.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fireplace, Phone, Air-Conditioning, Cable TV, DVD, CD Player, Full  
Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Cooking Utensils  
provided, Linens provided, Washer, Dryer and 2 Televisions.

Hiking, Biking, Golf, Tennis, Racquetball, Basketball, Fitness  
Center, Fishing, Horseback Riding, Shopping, Resturants, Sightseeing, 
Swimming, Rafting, Downhill Skiing, and Cross Country Skiing. The  
townhome is located next to a new year round swimming pool and a new  
water spray park that is perfect for families to enjoy in the  
summer.

Vacation Rental Rates

Winter (Oct 1 - April 30)  $ 130/night $780/week 
 
Summer (May 01 - Sept 30).. $165/Night .. $990/Week 
 
2 Night minimum required. There is a 7% Deschutes County Room Tax  
and a 1% tourism tax. 
 
There is a $65 cleaning fee, plus a $250 fully refundable security  
deposit if condo is left in good condition. One night deposit is due  
within 10 days to hold your reservation. If deposit is not received  
within 10 days, your reservation is automatically cancelled.  
Remaining balance of rent plus security deposit and cleaning fee is  
due 30 days prior to arrival. 
 
Cancellations 14 days or less, one night deposit is non-refundable. 
 
We except checks, cashier's checks or money orders only.
