Our beautiful,luxury home, Orleander villa 
 is located at prestigious Calabay Parc and is privately managed.
2000 sq ft in area and just 12 minutes drive from the magic of Walt 
Disney World. Why stay in a hotel when you can relax and enjoy all 
home comforts and have your own private 
pool and corner spa.Relax on the south facing extended pool area(not 
directly over looked and sun all day if desired)with tasteful 
landscaping and completely screened with a removable child safety 
fence to keep little ones safe from the pool if required.It is a non 
smoking home with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry .Small luxury 
items include :
a coffee-maker,toaster,mixer and ice making fridge.
Some local amenities include:
Publix supermarket,video/dvd rental, take 
out/delivery restaurants and 5 minutes away at Champions Gate a 
fantastic Greg 
Norman designed golf course,with all golf club amenities.A open 
course is two minutes drive.

Vacation Rental Rates

 LOW:    Jan/Feb/May/Sept/Nov/Dec : $825/week(ex easter,xmas,new 
year)
 MID :    Mar/Apr/Oct : $874/week
 HIGH :   June/July/Aug : $925
 PREMIUM: Easter/Christmas/New Year : $950/week
inclusive of cleaning and taxes.Pool heat is $20/day
A nightly rate is available on request.
Long term stays welcome.GBP rates on
