Vacation Rental Description

The Surfside Club is a luxury condo in Daytona Beach Shores.  Central 
location near the Port Orange Bridge.

It is an oceanfront building and this 2nd floor unit is direct 
oceanfront as well.

Your large balcony overlooks the pool and kiddie pool as well as a 
panoramic view of the beautiful Atlantic ocean.

Everything is supplied for your enjoyment and comfort.

Large new modern kitchen with all new appliances. Refrigerator is 
side by side with water and ice, dishwasher, smooth top stove.  All 
dishes, pots & pans and all linens are supplied as well.

Large screen 35 inch TV with VCR and DVD in living room as well as 
TV's in each bedroom.
  
Beds are queen in the Master bedroom with new mattress and box 
springs and new twin beds in the second bedroom.  Unit sleeps 4 in 
comfort.

Rentals are monthly.  You can have a month for the price of 2 weeks 
in other buildings on my Internet Special Pricing.

Activities and Attractions

Check in time is 2PM on date of arrival

Check out time is 10AM on date of departure

$200 deposit drawn on a US bank is required to book reservation

Personal checks are fine for deposit and payments.  Full payment must 
be made 45 days prior to arrival

Sorry, no credit cards are accepted

Cancellations are accepted up to 45 days prior to arrival with a $50 
cancellation fee charged

There are no other charges except sales tax of 12 1/2%.  The 
departure cleaning fee is included in our price.  Most others charge 
extra for it.

This unit is classified as a resort condominim as defined in section 
509.242 FS, and has obtained a group or collective license pursuant 
to section 509.251, FS, prior to commencing operation

Vacation Rental Rates

Internet Special rate of $1599 plus tax during May, Aug, Sept, Oct, 
Nov, or Dec.

$2000 plus tax for Jan. or April.

$26oo plus tax for Feb, March, June or July.

You can stay 2, 3, or 4 weeks for these rates.
