side by side with water and ice, dishwasher, smooth top stove. All
dishes, pots & pans and all linens are supplied as well.

Large screen 35 inch TV with VCR and DVD in living room as well as
TV's in each bedroom.

Beds are queen in the Master bedroom with new mattress and box
springs and new twin beds in the second bedroom. Unit sleeps 4 in
comfort.

Rentals are monthly. You can have a month for the price of 2 weeks
in other buildings on my Internet Special Pricing.

Cancellations are accepted up to 45 days prior to arrival with a $50
cancellation fee charged

There are no other charges except sales tax of 12 1/2%. The
departure cleaning fee is included in our price. Most others charge
extra for it.

This unit is classified as a resort condominim as defined in section
509.242 FS, and has obtained a group or collective license pursuant
to section 509.251, FS, prior to commencing operation

Internet Special rate of $1599 plus tax during May, Aug, Sept, Oct,
Nov, or Dec.

$2000 plus tax for Jan. or April.

$26oo plus tax for Feb, March, June or July.

You can stay 2, 3, or 4 weeks for these rates.
