The Dream Catcher House contains three bedrooms with all queen beds,
two full baths, two Lofts, one of which has a single sleeper chair.
The other has a futon.
Family room has vaulted ceilings, skylights, large TV, two couches
and a wood burning stove. Separate living room with couch and
loveseat,
Dining Room. Kitchen is fully furnished with all utensils,
dishwasher, microwave, range, and refrigerator. Utility room has a
washer and dryer. Includes cable TV in family room and center
bedroom. Telephone with local service (Some cellphones work here as
well). The Occupancy limit is eight people.
There is a peak of the ocean from upstairs.There is a Large deck off
of the family room.
Yard has many trees, shrubs, flowers for children to explore. There
is a hot tub on its' own covered patio. Large parking area for boats
and vehicles. No campers or motor homes please. Home is on the ocean
side of Highway 101 between Yachats and Waldport. It takes about 2
minutes to walk to 7 miles of sandy beach for kite flying and playing
in the sand. Bring your own beach towels.

Yachats is a very quaint little town that has a rocky shoreline,
tide pools and waterspouts to explore, as well as shore fishing.
Waldport is about four miles away and has a bay with excellent
crabbing and fishing. Rental boats and crab nets are available.
Newport (About 20 miles away) has a fishermans wharf and many shops
to explore. It also has the Oregon Coast Aquarium. Whale watching
excursions. Charter fishing boats and many other attractions.
There is miles of sandy beach for your enjoyment.
There are several area golf courses.

Rates are quoted per night. A two night stay is minimun. A 5% room
tax is additional. Ask about discounts for returning visitors.

The summer season is between (June 1 to Aug 31), and the rooms run $175 per night.  The 7th night is free

Winter Season (Sept 1 to May 31) $150 per night. 3rd night is
free. Get 7 nights Pay for 5. Summer rates apply to all Holidays and
School breaks. Maximum is 8
people.

A $90 cleaning fee and a $100.00 refundable damage deposit is added
to each bill. Half payment is required to reserve the home. Balance
is due 30 days prior to your stay
