Newly remodeled, 2200 sq ft 4 bedroom (2 up/2 downstairs), 2 full
baths (both downstairs), cottage located on the Middle Channel next
to Brown's Restaurant. Under new ownership. We cleared out over 2-3 acres of phragmites, the tall grasses that grow abundantly on the island, to open up expansive views of the middle channnel. The view is stunning. With the lot being a full acre there is plenty of space as well. Many improvements this year, furniture, fixtures, art, design work, paint.

Waterfront, boat dockage for up to 50', city water, dishwasher,
microwave, washer/dryer, DVD, boat launch within 500 ft.
Complete with linens and kitchenwares. This cottage is surrounded by water on three sides, excellent boat access and dockage. Adjacent to a large area of natural state wetlands. acres and acres of open land with abundant wildlife. Across the street are grass and wetland as well so the sense of privacy and being surrounded by nature is wonderful. Then for a little variety Browns provides some fun weekend people and boat watching.

Boating, fishing, golfing, shopping, dining out, or just relaxing by
the water and watching the activity and entertainment offered right
next door, by Brown's. Water skiing, jet skiing, kayaking, wake boarding, wake surfing, sailing, swimming, and more just out front in the middle channel. Be sure to bring your bikes as the biking is exceptional on the island.
vacation rental rates
Seasonal rates are as follows: Rates listed are for first 6 occupants, then $100 each for additional occupants, maximum of 8 occupants.
January 1st to May 15 is $900 a week. May 16- 2nd week of June is $1200 week.
The balance of June, all of July, August and until the second week of september is $1400 week.
3rd week of September through end of December is $900 week.
Holiday weeks add $400.
Security deposit of $500 for full week rentals.
$250.00/per night (minimum 3 nights) - plus a $300/deposit
Maximum occupancy is 8 persons.
No reunions, large parties, events, RV's, many vehicles ....etc on the grounds.
