Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful new construction--2005.  Sold out three straight seasons.
This beautifully decorated 2nd and 3rd floor unit has everything for 
a perfect Ocean City vacation. Enjoy the ocean views from your decks 
located at 823 Pennlyn Place, between Altantic Avenue and the 
boardwalk, this unit offers a large family room with fireplace, 
dining area and a completely stocked kitchen, 4 bedrooms including a 
3rd level luxury,private master suite, complete with a jacuzzi tub, 
tile shower and private front and back decks.  There are three full 
baths, front and back decks on the main level and this rental allows 
for garage and off-street parking. 

Deposits:  A $300.00 deposit is required in order to reserve each 
week.  This deposit then becomes your security deposit.  After the 
deposit is received, a lease will be mailed to you.  One half payment 
would be due in one month and the balance would be due 30 days prior 
to occupancy.  Discounts are available for multiple weeks.

Towels and linens are not provided.

Activities and Attractions

Family-oriented Ocean City and surrounding areas provide a mirade of 
opportunities for all kinds of activities for the entire family.  
Enjoy fun and sun at the beach, walk or bike ride on the boardwalk, 
shop, ride the rides at the amusement parks.  Enjoy special events at 
the Music Pier and wonderful treats at the ice cream parlors, pizza 
shops and restaurants.  Atlantic City is just over the bridge for 
world-class casinos and entertainment.  Cape May and the Cape May Zoo 
are short drives to the south.  Golf courses, tennis courts, 
basketball courts and fitness centers dot the island and there are 
lots of water activites for the swimmer, surfer, boater, and 
fisherman.
