Convenient second floor access, lovely location.

New, classic interior; remodeled and modern kitchen.

Master bedroom has a queen size bed. Second newly remodeled bedroom has two twins.

Both bedrooms have attached bathrooms.

Large screened porch is accessible through sliding doors from the living room    and master bedroom and overlooks the pool and woods.

Have coffee on the porch and then take the boardwalk to the beach and gather shells.   You'll think you've arrived in heaven.

The quaint, historic port city of Fernandina Beach on Amelia sland
is not to be missed. Visit the numerous excellent seafood
restaurants, the taverns, and the shops, and check out the ocean
charters for sightseeing and fishing. Cumberland Island is a ferry-
ride away.

During its long and colorful history, strategically located Amelia
Island was governed under the flags of six nations. You will see
those flags memorialized in many places on the island.
Tour the historic city of Fernandina Beach. You won't forget your
visit to the ancient and recently refurbished jail now open to the
public.

See Fort Clinch in Fernandina Beach, visit Talbot Island Sate Park,
take the kids to the Jacksonville Zoo, visit the Kingsley Plantation
with its well preserved tabby slave cabins or go horseback riding on
the beach.

On the other hand, you might just hang out on the beach
and let your cares melt away.
