5120 Williams Drive is a one of a kind, state of the art, modern home
in prestigious Holiday Heights on Fort Myers Beach.  Tranquility 
Hide-A-Way is immaculately maintained and professionally decorated 
for your ultimate vacation experience.  

Located less than 300 feet from the beach, you'll find the best Fort
Myers Beach has to offer.  Our home has views of the Gulf of 
Mexico from the back of the house, back bay views from the front, and
is set in a quiet neighborhood of elegant homes, on a wide canal.

Enjoy the privacy and luxury of this elevated, air conditioned home,
that was built in 1996, and remodelled in April 2006.  Our home has
two master suites.  Both suites are complete with their own ensuite
bath, with tub and shower, king sized beds, TV's, and direct access 
to the upper and lower pool decks.  One suite also includes a DVD/VHS
player for late night movies in bed. Both suites have views of the
Gulf of Mexico and surrounding area.  Enjoy the view of the back bay
from the third bedroom which has it's own ensuite bath, with shower,
king sized bed and TV.  Our fourth bedroom has a queen sized bed, 20"
LCD flat screened TV and beautiful views of the front canal and back
bay area. 

During peak season we offer full concierge service, daily 
housekeeping and turn down service for those who want to be able to 
fully relax and enjoy their vacation.  Our concierge will handle 
everything for you from buying groceries, picking up theatre 
tickets, renting boats and Harley's, to arranging an in house 
massage.  We also offer special occasion items; such as fresh floral 
arrangements, fruit baskets, limo/dinner packages, etc..

Our home contains over 2500 sq.ft. of living space, which includes a 
great room with vaulted ceilings.  Our great room features the 
living room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast bar, dinette and office 
area. There is also an upper screened in porch and lower outside 
sitting area overlooking the pool and Gulf of Mexico. The home is 
also complete with laundry facilities and your own private 
heated pool.

While smoking is not allowed in our home or on the upper deck, you 
may feel free to smoke outside anywhere on our professionally 
landscaped, tropical grounds.  Enjoy fresh bananas and citrus fruits 
from the yard, when in season.  While we love pets ourselves, we do 
not allow any type of pets to accompany you on your visit to our 
home.

Enjoy the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico from the great room 
where you can watch the 42" Plasma TV, play games, read a book, enjoy
a DVD, or listen to the Bose home theatre system, or connect to the
internet.  High speed cable internet service is available for an
additional charge, or you may use our standard phone hook up for your
internet access at no additional charge.  

We've tried to provide you with everything you'll need to make your
vacation a memorable one. You'll find games for the kids, bikes to
ride, a grill for BBQ's, beach chairs, pool and beach toys, coolers,
beach towels, all your linens, a fully equipped kitchen with all
dishes and utensils, starter soaps, toilet paper, paper towels and a
whole lot more.

We're conveniently located within walking distance to almost 
anything you may want to do or may need, and if you want to go 
further we're only one block from the Fort Myers Beach trolley stop. 
Grocery shopping couldn't be more convenient with the Publix Store 
being only two blocks away.

Enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida, and the beach 
known as the "safest" beach in Florida.  You can swim with dolphins 
and manatees or search for shells and sand dollars. Charter boats, 
jet skis and parasailing rentals are within walking distance.  Take 
the trolley to town (less than 3 miles away), for a quarter per 
person, and enjoy "Times Square" where you can shop, eat at great 
restaurants, enjoy live street performances, hitch a ride on the 
Casino boat for some gambling fun or catch one of the many great 
bands at our numerous beach bars.

Looking for something else to do?  Within walking distance you can 
find a golf course, library, movie theatre, frisbee golf, 
playground, water park, movie rental store and video arcade 
gallery.  Further out you can enjoy museums like the Edison/Ford 
Estate, the Shell Factory, nature hikes and kayaking at Lovers Key 
State Park, the Naples Zoo and Tin City, or an Everglades Airboat or 
Swamp Buggy Adventure.

We have a total of three homes on Fort Myers Beach.  Two of our homes
are side by side with the third house directly behind them.  Between

Add 11% Sales Tax and $750.00 refundable security deposit.  5% 
discount for 4 weeks consecutive rental.  All stays over 10 days 
include weekly cleaning and final clean up.  Arrival and departure 
days of the week are flexible to fit your schedule.
