Gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation condo at 16th Avenue, located in a premier area of North Wildwood--just two doors from the beach and boardwalk. OCEAN VIEWS FROM THE FRONT DECK AND ROOFTOP SUNDECK. Our 1400 sq. ft shore home is beautifully furnished and decorated with upscale amenities and everything your need for wonderful family vacations: TV/VCR/DVD in all bedrooms and living room, movie library, sterio CD player/radio, ceiling fans, a well-stocked kitchen, central air conditioning, large washer/dryer, dining area on deck, bbq gas grill, George Foreman electric grill, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, kite, board games and movies. For the kids, we provide a pack-n-play crib, high chair, umbrella stroller, booster seat, games, books and toys.

The spacious "Great Room" features new hardwood floors, a vaulted ceiling, skylights, ceiling fan, a large and comfortable living area, dining room, and breakfast bar with seating for three. Relax or enjoy a meal on the front deck (9x20), or climb the spiral staircase to a private, furnished rooftop sundeck. Spectacular sunsets await! The property is less than 75 feet from the northend entrance of the boardwalk, where you can take a short warlk or catch a tram car for boardwalk activities, including rides, waterparks and shops. NO STREET TO CROSS TO GET TO THE BEACH! Sand filled kids playground is right outside our door, and you can watch them from the front deck. Garage & driveway parking for 2 cars. (The garage space will NOT fit a full-size van)
