"The Driftwood" in Seaside

This 3 (plus) bedroom, 2 bath vacation rental is located a short 1.5 blocks from the Seaside promenade and beach. Newly remodeled and tastefully decorated, the home includes a large family room; a combined living and dining area; and a fully equipped kitchen. A large wooden deck completes the home and is equipped for your enjoyment with an outdoor hot tub and charcoal grill.
All household essentials are provided. You will also find a variety of games (including foosball table), sand toys, and bikes for your family’s enjoyment.

You will find a spacious family room with TV, VCR, wet bar and french doors opening to a large deck. There is also a living room/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and full bath, all on first floor. Adults can visit or relax with a book in the living room while the kids enjoy their activities in the family
room.

King bed in master bedroom with TV/DVD on the second floor. Double
bed in the third bedroom. The loft bedroom has a twin daybed with
trundle, TV and play area. Bathroom with shower completes the second
floor. The house is owned by a family with young childeren, so
there are plenty of toys and games for children of all ages.
The house also has a foosball table in the enclosed garage and
bicycles for your use. Relax on the large deck or in the hot tub,
surrounded by lovely old trees with high canopies and restful ocean
sounds coming from the beach.

Close by is a neighborhood market, restaurant, book store, cafe and
golf course. It is an easy walk to the beach, Promenade or downtown
attractions. House includes quality towels/linens, dishes,
pots/pans, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, coffeemaker.

Seaside is an robust coastal community with year-round activities,
plenty of shopping (downtown shopping plus outlet mall) and
restaurants. Lots of kite flying, surfing, sand cycles, paddle
boats, helicopter rides, people watching on the Promenade and more.
There are numerous attractions in the local area to choose from
including the Lewis & Clark bi-centennial exhibit.
