This bright airy new ranch house is located in the village of
Summerhill close to the new shopping center and town square. Enjoy
your meals in a cozy kitchen filled with modern appliances. The house
is fully equipped with cookware, dinnerware, glassware, microwave
oven, all small appliances, stove, refrigerator with icemaker,
dishwasher, garbage disposal, and inside washer & dryer, cable TV,
and local phone service, plus a 1 1/2 car garage with room for a golf
cart. All linens are included. The dining room can seat four people;
the eat in kitchen has a table for two and the counter snack bar
seats two. The living room has a 27" color TV/VCR and a two sofas. The
master bedroom has its own color TV; it is furnished with florida deco
furniture and a queen size bed, large walk-in closet, private bath
with a walk-in shower. Relax outside in the polynesian style closed
