Our 2 bedroom/2 bath, air conditioned condo has a full kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, washer/dryer, linens/towels/beach towels, 3 cable TV's (2 flat screen all with DVD players), phone, and wireless internet.
ENJOY views from our condo of the lush tropical landscape, palm trees, pool, gulf beach and sunsets!
Master bedroom has a king bed, guest room two twin beds, and queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Tennis courts are out the front door. Two screened balconies, covered parking, elevator access, outside shower, gas grills, heated pool, hot tub, 2 tennis courts, and onsite management.

Boca Grande is a 7 mile barrier island with an old fashion Florida atmosphere- no high rises- no traffic- a perfect place to relax and get away from the stress of everyday life. We are located just south of Sarasota and north of Naples.
Boca Grande is known as the "tarpon fishing capital of the world". Golf carts, bike rentals, fishing, kayaking, and boat rentals are available on the island. Golf is nearby.
