It has been split into 2 separate units so it's available as a 4 bedroom/4 bath or you may rent either the upstairs or the downstairs unit! Each unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Downstairs includes a garage and the large deck in front.

Large view windows to watch sunrises and sunsets over the Colorado River. Private boat ramp and dock for easy launching capabilities.

Water temperature is much warmer than Laughlin/Bullhead area.
Safer river area than the Parker Strip for skiing, boating and family vacations.
*Because of the Headgate Dam between our property and the Blue Water Casino, you cannot boat to the Blue Water or anywhere into the 'Parker Strip' area.
1 mile to Parker for grocery shopping and restaurants, 5 miles to Blue Water
Casino and 35 minutes to Lake Havasu (by car).
