The bottom half of this 3000 square foot Riverhouse is available to rent. It
has gorgeous view windows to watch sunrises and sunsets over the
Colorado River. Private boat ramp and dock for easy launching
capabilities.
Sandy beach to relax with your lawn chairs. Huge view deck with
picnic table and propane barbeque grill.
Fire pit on the beach.
Water temperature is much warmer than Laughlin/Bullhead area.
Safer river area than the Parker Strip for skiing, boating and family vacations.
*Because of the Headgate Dam between our property and the Blue Water Casino, you cannot boat to the Blue Water or anywhere into the 'Parker Strip' area.
1 mile to Parker for grocery shopping and restaurants, 5 miles to Blue Water
Casino and 35 minutes to Lake Havasu (by car).
1 bedroom w/Queen bed, 1 bedroom w/Queen, 1 Queen
