Vacation Rental Description

Come and enjoy our wonderful 3 bedroom / 3 bath  - 2400 square foot  
condo located oceanfront on New Smyrna Beach.  Beautiful sunrises  
will warm you and ocean sounds will soothe you as you sit on our  
large wrap around porch with access from the bedroom, living room  
and kitchen.  Sliding glass doors open onto the porch which  
overlooks the pool and provides a wonderful view of the ocean, a  
perfect place to read, take a nap or just enjoy the seascape.    
Shuttle launches from the Cape can be seen from the South portion of  
the balcony.  
 
The master suite contains a king size bed with new mattress, TV with  
cable, a large walk-in closet, and a wonderfully large bathroom with  
a Jacuzzi tub.  
The middle bedroom has a TV with cable and a VHS player, a large closet two captains  
beds with a bunk bed and a trundle perfect for kids and their  
friends.   
The south bedroom has TV with cable and a DVD player and a queen size bed  
with an attached bathroom.   
 
The fully equipped kitchen features a new range, microwave,  
refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, mixer, electric can  
opener and all the cookware and dining ware to make you feel right  
at home, including a nice set of decorative dishes and crystal  
perfect for dinner parties.  The condo offers a large glass dining  
room table that seats 10 comfortably.  The open kitchen design is  
perfect for entertaining with 4 bar stools at the countertop.  The  
unit also features a wet bar with wine rack. 
 
If you don’t want to cook, take a short drive to one of  
our many great restaurants.  
 
Sea turtle nesting begins in May and continues through October.   
Hatching begins in June and continues through October.  You can  
recognize their nests by roped off sections right on the beach.  
 
Relax in this privately owned condo with lots of extra touches  
including it's own washer and dryer inside the unit to  
make you feel right at home.  One stay and you will want to return  
year after year.

Vacation Rental Amenities

While you visit us, take full advantage of all the wonderful  
amenities offered by Ebb Tide.   Heated pool with a separate Spa,  
Exercise room with sauna attached, Tennis courts and a covered  
parking garage provided for our renters.  Gas barbeques are  
available for evening cookouts around the pool.     
 
New Smyrna Beach is known for its small town character and family  
atmosphere.  The warm climate, wide white sand beaches, and variety  
of outdoor activities make this the perfect vacation spot.  There  
are a vast array of local attractions including the scenic  
Lighthouse at Ponce Inlet, Turtle Mound at Canaveral National  
Seashore, Historic Flagler Avenue and Canal Street with their quaint  
shops, galleries and restaurants, Sugar Mill Ruins, Turnbull ruins,  
and the Beacon movie theater.  There are several golf courses close  
to the condo so be prepared to tee it up.  
 
In addition to local sites to see, there are also more famous  
attractions within an hour’s drive, including Disney World and  
Universal Studios, Sea World, Blue Springs, Central Florida Zoo,  
Kennedy Space Center, Daytona International Speedway and beautiful  
historic St. Augustine.  These are easy “Day trips” from New Smyrna  
Beach.

Winter season – November 1 – April 30  
Per month - $4500 excluding January which is $4300 
Month rental for holiday months like Easter/November/December is $5000 
Weekly rate - $2000 Nov- April 30th 
May weekly rate- $1850 per week, $4300 per month 
Monthly Summer Rates – June or August  $6500 
Weekly Summer Rates – not including holiday weeks - $2300 
Holiday weeks – Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day,  
Thanksgiving, Christmas - $2600 
Off season rates -September/October - $1900 /wk
