Vacation Rental Description

Private beachfront vacation home "villa", perfect for both family 
and friends.  Located on Banderas Bay and just 15 minutes to airport 
& Puerto Vallarta makes this the ideal vacation rental in Mexico. 
Enjoy our sunny decks, a private pool and patios, and the warm 
friendly people of the fishing village of La Cruz.

As you enter our home you pass through antique doors which once 
opened into a village church. Look up and admire the master crafted, 
brick, barrel vaulted ceiling.  The gourmet kitchen, living and 
dining comprise an enormous great room where you will find comfy 
upholstered furniture for lounging, viewing the Bay, DVDs or cable 
television.  The dining table with glass top sits beneath a vast 
square cupola with a massive 200 lb. hand constructed hammered steel 
chandelier.

All tableware, utensils, cookware, cutlery, pots, pans etc are 
provided in granite kitchen with an ocean view. And there is an 
eating bar so the cook will never be lonely.  You will find a full 
size fridge, a gas range/oven, microwave/convection, to name just a 
few of the kitchen’s amenities. Everything you will need is here. 

There are 2 large master suites, one on the first floor with king 
bed & private bath and one on the second floor with king bed and 
private bath. The 3rd bedroom suite has a king bed and is on first 
floor and shares the bathroom with the common living area. The 2 
large master suites have decks which provide amazing views of Puerto 
Vallarta and the mountains across the 25 miles of Banderas Bay’s 
deep, sea life filled saltwater.  These suites are decorated with 
unusual and fun wall murals. You will love falling asleep on the 
pillow top mattresses with the silken softness of 600 count luxury 
linens caressing your skin.  Sounds of the surf and the twinkling 
lights of Vallarta will lead you into delightful dreams. 

Our spacious villa has its own large and very private glass tiled 
pool with a view so you can swim any time of day or night in your 
chosen swimming attire. And there is plenty of space and sun for 
tanning and shade for conversation or just quietly relaxing.  
Through a small garden gate take the white stairs leading to a lower 
viewing deck and the beach where lies an abundance of shells and 
interesting ‘finds’.  A minutes walk one way along the shore will 
take you to one of the fine white sand beaches this Bay is known for 
or walk the other way for 10 minutes or less to La Cruz de 
Huanacaxtle where you can watch the fishermen repair their nets and 
buy your dinners main course, the fresh catch of Tuna or Mahi Mahi.


When you are ready to roam simply walk down the steps and to our 
sandy beach. Swim in the surf, search for shells and sunbathe. If 
this is in the early morning you can continue to stroll on the beach 
toward the village and watch the fishermen unload their catch of the 
day. Have the owner of the on-site fish market near the marina 
prepare a fresh pound or two of just caught Mahi Mahi to grill on 
the barbeque for a scrumptious lunch on your patio. Later you may 
want to wander the safe cobblestone streets of La Cruz, which is 
only a 5 minute walk from our villa, to experience the ‘Real Mexico’ 
that you just can’t find in those stuffy, noisy resorts and hotels.  
Here you will find the typical Mexican fare including shrimp, 
various fish dishes, tacos, burritos, tortas etc. La Cruz is also 
fortunate enough to have several wonderful restaurants serving 
delicious foods from around the globe to superb barbecued ribs and 
hamburgers with fries. No fears you will go hungry.  There are 
multiple small groceries for purchasing your food stuffs for 
romantic meals in your private little house. Milk, juice, soda pop, 
wine, beer, tequila, and most liquors are also available in the 
village.

So we invite you to step out of the mainstream of Puerto Vallarta 
and be touched by the sights, sounds and friendly people of our 
little fishing village. The best way to describe it is "like 
stepping 40 years back in time" when life was simple!

If you want the maximum value out of your hard earned dollars then 
this is the rental for you. Our villa will be well appointed with 
cozy furniture and decor, cleaned and maintained to our high 
standards.  Maid service will be provided on alternate days but 
never on Sundays. We want to earn your business so you will come 
back again and again. If you like getting more than you paid for 
then book our villa and bring some extra family or friends.

La Cruz is only 15 minutes from the airport, 25 minutes from 
downtown PV.   If you need a ‘shopping fix’ or to ‘party hardy’ at 
the all night discos where you can see "Tourists Gone Wild", then we 
suggest a bus or taxi ride to get you safely there and back.  All 
around the Bay of Banderas there are activities and sights to see, 
scuba diving, snorkeling, beach combing, wind surfing, parasailing, 
whale watching, horseback riding, jungle tours, world class golf and 
of course, deep sea fishing (the  tales about the one that got away 
are started here!) and so much more.
