Come and stay with us.  The weather is great year round.  Golfing, walking on the beach and shopping.  It's a great place to visit for a long weekend, a week or a couple of months.  Sea Trail is great.

This is a very nice condo located in the Sea Trail Plantation and Golf Resort in
Sunset Beach, NC.  Sea Trail in ONE mile from the beach.  There is ample free parking at the beach for your convenience.  The resort has two pools (one indoor and one outdoor) plus two on-site restaurants and bars plus a plus a state-of-the art workout facility.  Golf?  Sea Trail has 3 championship golf courses located at the resort.  Great view of the 18th hole on the Maples course from the large screened in porch.  There are two large bedrooms one has a double and a queen and the other has two double beds and they both have their own full bath.  All the amenities of home with a full kitchen and two separate living areas and a washer and dryer.

Our condo is conveniently located--5 minutes to Calabash, 15 minutes to N. Myrtle Beach, SC, 45 minutes to Wilmington, NC and 40 minutes to the Myrtle Beach, SC airport which is located in South Myrtle Beach.

Sunset Beach is a small barrier island located at the southeast
corner of North Carolina. To reach the island you pass from the
mainland over one of the last pontoon swing bridges operating in our
state. Sunset Beach is truly a quiet family beach. It boasts one of
the widest and cleanest beach strands on the east coast.
During the summer months, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. All other times, you may arrive and depart any day with a 3 day minimum stay required.  Check in is 4 pm Saturday; checkout is 11 am Saturday. Call for other details.

We do not collect a security deposit.  30% is due at booking and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.  All monies are gladly refunded less a $25 admin. fee if cancellation occurs 30 days prior to arrival.
