Sunset Beach is a small barrier island located at the southeast
corner of North Carolina. To reach the island you pass from the
mainland over one of the last pontoon swing bridges operating in our
state. Sunset Beach is truly a quiet family beach. It boasts one of
the widest and cleanest beach strands on the east coast.
Rental is from Saturday to Saturday. Check in is 3 pm Saturday,

Half of rent is due at time of reservation (Reservation Fee) . $200
security deposit along with remaining rental amount is due 30 days
prior to arrival. If reservation is made less than 30 days prior to
date of arrival, then the full amount is due at that time.
Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival date will
result in a 10% fee. Cancellations made less that 60 days prior to
arrival date will result in loss of reservation fee. Pool fees
included in weekly rentals.
