About our vacation home...........
It is super clean and elegantly casually furnished to allow you to 
be 
comfortable, but surrounded by quality furnishings.  We have 
anticipated your every need for an enjoyable and relaxing vacation 
and equipped the home accordingly.

It is on first floor or gated, guarded building with 24/7 security 
and on-site management.  It is handicap accessible. (Elevator 
building)

There's underground and courtyard parking. 

Maid service provided  weekly.   Daily service available for extra 
fee.

In unit phone for local calls.

Loads of enterntainment options: 152 channels of satellite cable TV 
in Living Room and in Master Bedroomh with film, DVD, CD and Video 
library of tapes--English and Spanish. 

There's central air conditioning with separate temperature controls 
in each room. 

Water purification system throughout building/neighborhood.

Gourmet fully equipped kitchen------with granite countertops, 
stainless steel appliacnes (icemaker, microwave, oven, stove, 
dishwasher, washer and dryer, coffee maker, blender, toaster, 
microwave, self cleaning oven, stove, all plates, silverware, pots& 
pans and cooking utensils available for your use) if you decide to 
venture out to a local market to buy fresh fruit or seafood to enjoy 
while watching the sunset from the private wraparound terrace.

Why not enjoy breakfast on the terrace? Do not want to cook? No 
problem... Italian, Brazilian, French, Mexican, Seafood, and other 
sit-down indoor and outdoor dining, casual and casually elegant 
dining options are within walking distance (or shuttle service) of 
our home. Having too much fun to go out? Just call Domino's Pizza

they will deliver to your door.

lounge in the living room that could be used as a spare sleeping 
area 
(x-long twin-size). (3 sets of linen for each area provided)

Guests are known to fall asleep listening to the ocean waves on the 
terrace chaise lounge. The living room has CABLE TV/DVD/VCR/CD. 
Selected music, movies, books and games are in our "library" that 
you 
can enjoy during your stay.

 Our beachfront condominium residence building is private and small 
(22 residences), gated, private parking, has gardener, 24-hour 
security, housekeepers and on-site English speaking office 
management. It is just a 10-15-minute walk or few minutes free 
shuttle ride down the boulevard from Paradise Village Shopping Mall 
and the El Tigre golf course.

beach club, sports center, kids club, tennis, golf etc. Available 
for purchase on-site.
