friends and play a set on the freshly resurfaced tennis courts. You
get a great look at them from the newly carpeted front walk of your
third floor unit. By the way, you have super easy access right off
the recently refurbished elevators! Get out and make new friends
when you breakfast at Sams on Hudson Beach. You can see your condo
across the sand and water as you enjoy dining or partying on the
deck.
Inside your new home take full advantage of all the upgrades the
current owners have installed to add to the comfort and efficiency.
The open kitchen has tile flooring and is a full compliment of
appliances that stay with the home. The adjoining dining area
features a spacious table that readily seats six and a china
cabinet. New wood laminate flooring starts in the dining area and
continues into the living room that is bright with natural light.
The spacious master bedroom boasts a private entrance to the balcony
and updated bathroom with new tile floors, vanity, decorator sink,
mirror and brushed platinum fixtures. The second master has an
updated bath and a private entry. A new air-conditioning unit and
updated water heater mean the home will be energy efficient. Washer,
dryer and furnishings except the master bedroom stay. All you need
to bring are clothes and a toothbrush.

Just bring your toothbrush, this condo is equipped with everything
to make your vacation perfect. Sea Ranch has a 24 hour security-
manned front access gate, pool, elevators, private beach and custom
made sunsets daily!

Swimming, golfing, beaches, theme parts (Busch Gardens, Adventure
Island, Disney, Universal Studios, Cypress Gardens, Buccaneer Bay
and many more! Boating, fishing, dolphin watching, shelling,
cruises, gambling boats, restaurants, shopping, movie theatre. Tour
downtown New Port Richey, Florida Aquarium, the famous Greek Sponge
Docks, Mermaid shows, and then of course there is the Tampa Bay
Bucs, Devel Rays and Tampa Bay Lightning!!

Deposit: $500 deposit for the months of January, February, March and April
$200 deposit for the month of May through December
Deposit is applied towards balance due. Monies are due by the day of check in!
Cancellation: Deposit minus a $25 cancellation fee will be refunded to you with 30 days notice for the months of January, February, March and April...2 weeks notice for the months of May through December.
A reservation form must be filled out and returned with deposit at
least 21 days prior to date of arrival.
**If any damages occur during your stay, you will be billed for the
cost of repairs. If payment isn't submitted in a timely manner,
owner of the home will seek legal council.
Cancellations: 2 week notice must be given for cancellations. Less
then 2 week notice will result in forfeiture of $200 deposit.
(Refund of deposit will be considered with verifiable extenuating
circumstances)

All pets must be approved- pets over 35 lbs and puppies are not
permitted.
