Great unit for small family or couple.  Beautiful efficiency direct oceanfront, located at 103rd Street and Coastal Highway, and is only steps from the beach. You have amagnificent panorama of both the ocean and the bay.  he large pool
is convenient with lots of seating. Restrooms and showers for condo guests coming off the beach are located on the ground level. The Atlantis offers a complete security system as well as on site management and security staff.

 
A $125 security deposit (returnable) required and $30 non-refundable registration fee required at time of check-in. One parking space per unit.  Contract required.

Must be at least 25 years of age. Maximum occupancy 4 persons.  Renter must be present on property during the entire rental period.  This unit is owner managed and cheaper than going through a rental agency.

There is a deli/market and popular restaurants within 3 blocks.  Fine dining and dancing located at the hotel next door. At the inlet, you can sign up for sight-seeing boat tours along the Ocean City coastline.

The Ocean City Boardwalk is only a short distance away, by city bus for $2.00/person for an all day pass.

This condo is a NON SMOKING unit with no balcony. Sorry no pets are allowed.
We do NOT rent to students, recent graduates, seasonal workers, young adults or to third parties who are renting on behalf of someone else.

Rates below do not include $30 registraion fee/parking and taxes.  This year room tax is 4.5% and MD sales tax is 6%.

Returning guests in good standing will get a 5% discount off total rate.

Sorry cannot do weekends only....

This is not a one bedroom unit.

Rentals within 2 weeks of occupancy will be charged a $25 administrative fee for fast processing.
