that's directly on St. Pete Beach. You'll be just steps away from miles of white sandy beaches and
plenty of water activity rentals right outside your door. The property includes a heated pool and
jacuzzi. The entire pool and jacuzzi area was re-done in 2006 and looks great!
New in Oct 2008: Bedroom furniture including new Airsprung king size mattress and box springs, new
balcony furniture (4 chairs and small table), sofa bed, living room swivel chair with ottoman,
dinning table and 4 chairs.
Our Non-Smoking condo is located on the top floor of a five-story
building and includes magnificent views from the balcony of both the
Gulf of Mexico and the Intercoastal Waterway. In fact, all rooms
except for the two full baths have a Gulf view!
You'll feel right at home with a fully stocked kitchen, new
refrigerator and dishwasher, 27 inch TV and DVD player, stereo with CD and tape player. There is
also a small TV in the bedroom.
Well maintained building built in 1990 situated on tropically landscaped grounds. Building exterior
painted in Oct/Nov 2008, pool and hot tub area re-done in 2006, newer gas BBQ grills in common area
