Vacation Rental Description

Master Suite #1::  King sized bed; Cable TV/DVD stereo,  
ensuite full bath with Roman tub, two-person shower, double sink  
vanity, walk-in closet, all ceramic tile.  Private sliding glass  
doors directly to pool.  Exotic decor. 
 
            Master Suite #2:  Queen sized bed; Cable TV, ensuite full  
bath with shower, tub, vanity, all ceramic tile.  Seashell decor.  
 
         
            Surfs Up bedroom:  Two twin sized beds; Cable TV/VCR,  
sufer theme with Maui & Sons bedding.  Full bath right next to this  
room.  
 
            Tee Room bedroom:  Two twin sized beds.  Cable TV/VCR,  
golf theme with Dockers bedding.    Full bath right next to this room. 
 
           All bedrooms have Sealy Posturepedic mattresses and wood floors -- no dirty carpeting! 
 
               Kitchen/family room:  Soaring cathedral ceilings.  Full  
kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, icemaker, toaster, blender.  In  
kitchen dining for six. 
 
	Family room has 31” TV Cable/DVD/VCR, extensive DVD and VCR  
movie collection,  sectional sofa with chaise and two loungers,  
stereo CD.  Sliding glass doors out to pool.  
	Living room/dining room:  Tropical bird decor, cathedral  
ceilings, sofa bed in living room, dining room seats six.  
 
	Game room:  Custom mural on wall, pool table, fooz ball, air  
hockey, skee ball, boccerball, stereo.  Washer and dryer.  
 
        Children’s VCR  library, 80 tapes.  Supernintendo with game  
tapes.  
        Crib, high chair and stroller.  Pool fence and alarm.  
	 
        Pool and spa:  Screened in pool and spa; separate spa  
control for directed heat; faces southeasterly; backs up to wooded  
conservancy and is extremely private; pool deck with table and four  
chairs, two loungers.  Propane BBQ right outside pool deck.

Prices include taxes (13%)  Pool heat seasonally optional 
Prices for 8 guests; guests 9 & 10 incur $75/week surcharge 
Stays of less than 7 nights add $95 cleaning fee
