3-bedroom/2-bath Garden Patio unit available Sept-June (9-MONTH) $2950.00/month. 
 
Ocean view 2nd floor 4-bedroom/2.5-bath available Summers for short-term rental:

    Available Summers for short-term rental, 
    Available for 8 or 9-month term beginning September. 
 
Clean, well maintained, very close to sand, water, surfing, volley  
ball, bike trails, supermarket, restaurants, banks, and  
much more. Park your car and walk/bike to everything. Enjoy day- 
trips to L.A., Disney, Catalina, and other So.Cal. destinations.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Stay safe: remodelled in 2002 with fire sprinkler system and earthquake resistant construction.  
  
Enjoy satellite/cable TV, indoor and outdoor dining.   
Full kitchen with ample counter space, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, gas range, cooking  
utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, glasses, dishes, flatware, etc.  
   
Outside shower for after beach. Secured side yard for bikes.  
 
Beds: see "Rental Rates." Pillows, mattress pads, and  
comforters included.  Linen service is also available. 

Activities and Attractions

Located on the bike trail, and one house off the boardwalk, you  
are just steps from the best sand in California.  Close enough to be  
in the center of activity, or relax and observe the world below from  
the second floor deck. Surfing, fishing, beach volleyball,  
basketball in the park, swimming, sun bathing, picnics, barbeques,  
casual or fine dining, shopping, and so much more.  
 
Tennis, golf, boating, diving, amusement park, and shopping mall are  
all within easy reach.   

Vacation Rental Rates

Sept-June (9-MONTH): 
1st floor: 3-bedroom, 2-bath, patio & parking. $2950.00/month.   
 
Summer '08 - 2nd floor: 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath 
Beds: 3-queens, 2-twin beds, plus futon. Sleeps 8 - 10 people.  
$2400.00/week*August 23 - 30; $2000 for August 30 - September 7 (8-nights). 
 
Summer '08 - Garden Patio apartment: 3-bedroom, 2-bath 
Beds: 1-queen, 1-full, 2-twin beds, plus queen hide-a-bed. Sleeps 6 - 8 people.   
$2300.00*August 16-23; $2000.00*August 23-30; $1800* Aug.30-Sept.7 (8-nights).  
Need other weeks? Ask about cancellations. Need different dates? Just ask. 
 
Both apartments:  Non-Smoking only.  Sorry, no pets. 
*Add 10% City tax plus cleaning fee ($110/3-bedrm, $140/4-bedrm) and linens(verify rate).   
 Reduced rates for multi-week stays.
