Vacation Rental Description

Atlantic ocean, fully secured gated community. Surf club 2. 
Only 1 hour from Orlando attractions and 1 hour from Kennedy Space  
Center. 20 minute drive from St. Augustine and 10 minutes to Palm  
Coast not to mention only 30 minutes to Daytona Beach. Enjoy  
unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean (sunrise) from your master  
bedroom or family room. Watch dolphins swim by or just enjoy the  
beauty of the ocean from your private balcony. Full Fitness center  
with free weights and treadmills etc.

Vacation Rental Amenities

NEW fully furnished with queen size beds in the master bedroom  
and the second bedroom, bedroom #3 has two twins. The family room  
also has a brand new pull out sofa that makes an additional queen  
size bed. The community has 3 swimming pools, marina, tennis courts,  
fitness center, volleyball court, shuffleboard, clubhouse,  
underground parking and 24 hour gated security. Kitchen includes  
refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, blender,  
all disher, silverware, glasses etc. Also included beach towels and  
beach chairs in addition to beach cooler and umbrella included.  
Washer/Dryer... Master bedroom has 35" TV with DVD player and a Bose  
radio/sounds system. Family room has a brand new 65" High Definition  
TV with VCR and DVD player, bedroom #2 has a 25" TV and bedroom #3  
has a 25" TV with VCR and DVD player. Everything is new. Cable  
included in all rooms. Also assortment of movies, DVD's available in  
condo. In addition, 4 bicycles included with rental to take a ride  
down the beach or explore the state parks or nature area.

Activities and Attractions

Steps away from the beach.  Surf fishing and intercoastal waterway  
fishing on the premises. Local charters available. Numerous golf  
courses nearby. Close to all Orlando attractions in addition to  
Daytona, Jacksonville, Ocala, and the Kennedy Space Center. Nature  
paths and state parks within walking distance. New Pool for children  
just completed on June 1, 2004 with large sand play area for kids in  
addition to full facilities. Several great restaurants and golf  
courses nearby. Vehicles allowed to drive on the beach within 2  
miles  
of property. Great fishing on the intercoastal waterway.

Vacation Rental Rates

January through April still available due to cancellation, please  
hurry before it's gone. Min. Rental Period: four weeks 
Spring/Summer: May-October: 2,000.00 per month.  
Winter: November - 2,200.00 Security deposit required 500.00 fully refundable.   
$85.00 cleaning fee for each rental.
