Imagine relaxing in your beachfront condo on the 16th Floor in a gated community
offering a heated pool, beautiful tennis facility with soft surface

gulf waters. This beachfront condo is located on the 16th floor of
the South Seas Northwest. The condo has 2 bedrooms and 2
bathrooms. The master suite has a king size bed with a view of the
beach. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and remodeled living room
(NOT PICTURED ON THIS SITE YET).

We have a geothermally heated pool which makes it confortable year
round. Some of the tennis courts are clay. The exercise room is
available to all residents. We have 3 TV/s, a VCR/DVD, stereo,
microwave, dishwasher, linens, all cookware, beachtowels and chairs,
and lots of beach toys!

If you are looking for more action, how about renting a boat for
fishing or wave runners? Nearby you will find many golf courses.
And, if nature is your thing, try an Everglades tour, watch
dolphins play in the gulf waters or fish right on the beach. There
are more shells on the beach then your suitecase can hold. And,
there is nothing like ending your day with an unbelievable sunset.
