Spacious,comfortable with the convenience of home. Great views with privacy for morning coffee while listening to the desert birds and watching the sun rise over the mountains and in the evening cocktails while listening for the coyotes and star gazing.

Shopping close within minutes either direction off Tangerine Blvd.

This was our second time here in two years and will return again.

It definitely is a home away from home.

Not enough can be said about the helpfulness of the rental agencies secretary.

Recommended for: age 55+, romantic getaway

Quick addition to our previous review:

The listing currently says bedrooms have TVs. We were just there 3/23-3/31/12 and only the master bedroom has a TV. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms do not.

Family of 5 - good experience overall

Our family of 5 from Illinois - 4 adults, 1 child (age 4) - stayed here for our spring break this year. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. Nice neighborhood of homes, just nothing within walking distance. Nearest grocery stores/Starbucks, gas stations/restaurants are only a 5-10 minute drive. Great proximity to golf - Vistoso is literally right there. Tucson National, El Conquistador, The Gallery, Ritz-Carlton and Heritage Highlands are all within 15 minutes.

House is very nicely furnished and clean. Great master bedroom and bath. Guest bedrooms are good too. Nice laundry room with newer machines. Family room has plenty of seating, all of which looks nice and most of which is comfortable (a couple of the chairs are not) and includes an eating area. Views from family room and back patio are FANTASTIC. Absolutely gorgeous uninterrupted view of mountains since Vistoso golf club is out your backyard (11th tee to be exact). The course is set back far enough that there's no noise or privacy issues at all.

Pool and hot tub were great and pool heating was included which was a nice bonus - many others charge extra to heat it. Figuring out how to operate the pool and hot tub was a little tricky at first, but once we figured it out it was fine.

The house just had a few little issues here and there that keep it from 5 stars (all of which I e-mailed to property manager after our stay and never heard back):

2nd bathroom fan is crazy loud (clearly needs some type of repair) so we didn't use it. Toilet in same bath runs at a slow drip 24/7, but not loud enough to notice from bedrooms.

House has a wifi router and a password is provided to connect. However, the DSL modem has no service so the wifi is pointless. You need your own wifi hotspot.

Family room has nice flat screen Samsung with DirecTV, but you don't get HD service, just standard signal. It's weird to watch non-HD television anymore, especially when you have an HD TV. How much more could that possibly cost these days?

Toaster needs to be replaced - it doesn't work properly.

None of these issues are deal-breakers by any means, just little annoyances that could easily be addressed to make this a 5-star vacation home. The property manager was fine to deal with. Jen from his office was more helpful.

Bottom line - it's a very nice house. With a couple little fixes here and there it goes from a really good value to an outstanding one. We recommend it.
