Vacation Rental Description

If you are looking for a beautiful home with a great location, this 
is it. Located in the heart of Sabal Chase. You are one mile from Lake Sumter Town Square.You can 
walk to three pools, golf courses or to the town square.Mallory and Cain Garden country clubs are 
both near by. 
 Brand new designer home featuring 1929 square feet of luxury 
living. Home features two bedrooms/den and two baths. Home has split 
floor plan for complete privacy. Master bedroom has two walk in 
closets, walk in tiled shower, and new king sized pillow top matters 
bed. Sliding doors open so you can enjoy the lani. Second bedroom can 
be closed off for your own privicy and has a new full sized bed and 
titled bath.
There is a formal dining room for entertaining. Large open living 
area with sliding doors that open to the lani.
Home backs up to privacy wall. Enjoy the lani without being bothered by neighbors.  
Home sits between Mallory Hill and Cain Garden Country Clubs. If you 
want excutive courses you can walk to Bogy or Mc Call. Lake Sumter 
Landing is about a mile away. You can walk there for your morning 
exercise. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

The home is completely furnished- including a golf cart. All you need 
are your golf clubs and a toothbrush. You can walk to town, 
fine dining, rec centers, or golf courses. You may just want to use 
the golf cart and cruise the neighborhood.
Price includes all utilities, lawn care,cable tv, phone and trash pick up.

Activities and Attractions

Golf,bowling,tennis,pickle ball,movie theaters,many restaurants. The 
home is 10 houses from the pool. Cain Gardens, Mallory Hill and 
Arnold Palmer courses are very close by. You can walk straight down 
Canal Street to Lake Sumter Landing town square. Walk to the rec 
center for playing cards or other activities.
The Villages has something for everone.

Vacation Rental Rates

All rates include the use of our golf cart.
January-March 3650 dollars per month. Fifty dollar discount per month if you take a three month 
rental.**January, February, and March of o9 are still avaiable.**
May June July August September 1700 dollars per month.
October November December April 2400 dollars per month.
500 dollar  non-refundable security deposit required. This will be 
returned after you leave and home has been inspected for damages. If 
there are no damages, deposit will be returned asap.
100 dollar cleaning fee.
50 dollar activity fee.
Rent includes trash pick up, cable t.v., lawn service, local phone 
calls, and use of our golf cart.
No smoking. No pets allowed.
Now accepting reservations for 2009. Jan,Feb, and March of 2009 are still available.
