                $1,400 weekly (higher rates for holiday weeks)
May-October:    $2,200 monthly (Discounts for extended stays)
                $1,000 weekly
               
11.5% local tax additional
$500 security deposit  
$250 pet deposit
$100 cleaning fee upon checkout(additional $100 for guests with pets)
