Escape to this beautiful year round two bedroom, two full and 1/2 
bath waterfront condominium located in Bristol Harbour Resort. Enjoy 
panoramic views of the Canandaigua lakeside and surrounding hills 
from the cliffside perch of one of two balconies. Dine al fresco or 
chose one of our local restaurants. Savor a variety of wines from 
local vineyards. Indulge the senses; bask in spectacular sunrises, 
sunsets, stargazing and moonlight on the lake..... 
Our cozy cottage theme invites you to relax and unwind. Tastefully 
decorated and meticulously maintained, this spacious and remodeled 
unit is offered fully furnished for your convenience and comfort. 
Standard accommodations include:
*Completely equipped eat-in kitchen with all appliances.
*New furniture, carpet, and fresh paint.
*Plush towels and bed linens provided.(We do the laundry!)
*Fully furnished balconies for ultimate relaxation.
*Covered parking with extra guest allotment.
*Door to door wheelchair accessibility from parking area and 
 throughout first floor.
 
*For the consideration of all, pets and smoking are prohibited.

                 opens to balcony with chaise and sitting area
~Guest Bedroom: three twins, private full bath within (TV/DVD/VCR)
~Spacious Living Room: queen sleep sofa and futon, adjacent to  
                       powder room (TV/DVD/VCR, CD/FM stereo),
                       additional bed linens supplied

Vacation Rental Amenities

Guests may enjoy the many amenities offered at Bristol Harbour 
Resort. The private sandy beach is accessible by stairs or elevator. 
Sunbathe on the shore or large floating sun dock. Swim in the clean 
waters of Canandaigua Lake. Life guard on duty and snack bar during 
summer months. Boat slips are available upon request; nearby public 
launch. Canoes, kayaks, or small sailboats may be launched from 
shoreline. Great fishing for bass and trout. (For your safety, 
Bristol Harbour Association prohibits jet skis within 500 ft. of all 
docks).
 
The hilltop resort, renowned for its spectacular views of the lake 
and hills, features an eighteen hole championship golf course and 
pro shop. The Lodge offers fine dining with a social lounge. 
Conference facilities available upon request with wireless 
capabilities for those who must bring work. Tennis courts, picnic 
area and playground are located nearby. 
 

Activities and Attractions

Located within the heart of the Finger Lakes Region, the area is 
well known for an abundance of wineries and fine dining. NYS Wine 
and Culinary Center is located in Canandaigua. Many scenic areas 
nearby, such as Letchworth, Watkins Glen, and Stony Brook State 
Parks. Great for day hikes to secret waterfalls, a family favorite. 
Autumn brings beautiful fall foliage for sightseeing, antiquing, or 
merry winery tours. Winter offers downhill skiing & snow boarding  
minutes away at the challenging Bristol Mountain and Hunt Hollow 
slopes. Cross country ski or snow shoe on the picturesque resort 
grounds or at nearby Hi-Tor and Harriet Hollister State Parks.
