Vacation Rental Description

The Grand Palms Vacation Resort is located approximately five miles 
to Walt Disney World on a beautifully landscaped property.  The 
condominium is in the prestigious Lindfield Development, which is a 
quiet residential area of executive homes.  
 

Vacation Rental Amenities

This is a newer 3 bedroom/ 2 bath unit with a screen enclosed 
patio or deck. 

Each unit can accommodate 6-8 people.  All condos are fully 
furnished & equipped to make your stay pleasant and trouble free.  
The unit features a fully equipped kitchen, full size washer/dryer 
in the unit,  separate kitchen /dining areas.  

Tv with cable. All units are smoke free and no pets are permitted.  
Units have air conditioning and linens are supplied.  

 

Activities and Attractions

Amenities include a large heated pool, hot tub, & tennis courts.  
There is also a picnic area with BBQ grills and picnic tables as 
well a gazebo. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer Special: Book any remaining July or Aug week for only $499 plus tax!!
Sept/Oct/Nov/Dec/Jan:  $500 Weekly plus tax. (excluding holidays)
Thanksgiving:  $650 Weekly plus tax.
Christmas:  $725 Weekly plus tax.
Feb/Mar/Apr:  $675 Weekly plus tax.
May:  $575 Weekly plus tax.
Jun/Jul/Aug 2008:  $650 Weekly plus tax.

Rate and availability are subject to change.  Please inquire.
Rates are weekly rentals rates for Saturday to Saturday stay only.
Rate does not include 13% state/local tax. 
Must be 21 years of age or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian 
to check-in. No pets and no smoking allowed in unit.  The overnight 
parking of oversized vehicles including, but not limited to RV's, 
buses, boats, trailers, etc. are prohibited.
