	Isbell Lofts is located at 18th and Lawrence street, within 
easy walking distance of the business district, and the restaurants 
and shops on the 16th Street Mall. The project was a complete 
renovation in 2002 of the Isbell Kent Oakes Dry Goods building , a 
manufacturer and wholesale distributor active from the 1920's 
through the 1960's. Many new design elements have been added to 
enhance the charm and character of the original structure.

	The building is a mix of exposed brick, heavy timber beams, 
concrete and hardwood. Ceiling heights range from 11 to 15 feet.  
With a view of the city on the balcony, other features include 
European style cabinetry with tile & slab granite, stainless steel 
gas range and appliances, fireplace, large storage closets, and 
underground secure parking.
