RENTAL POLICY  
 
CHECK-IN AND OUT - Check-in time is after 3:00 PM. Check-out time is  
11:00 AM.  
• PROPERTY KEYS - One key will be provided in the unit lock box and  
a second set upon property walk-thru.  
• NO PETS ALLOWED  
• NO SMOKING INSIDE THE PROPERTY  
• TRANSPORTATION - Please notify Maxmo Caribe International in  
advance if you need airport transportation, or method of arrival.  
• MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - No additional guests. No exceptions. Contract  
will be cancelled if violated.  
• HOUSEKEEPING - The unit will be set-up with bathroom amenities,  
paper towels, toilet paper and basic cleaning supplies. Guests are  
responsible for other household and personal supplies.  
Occupancy includes maid service. Bed sheets and towels changed once  
per week.  
 
RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS  
- 50% deposit to hold reservation.  
- 100% 30 days prior to arrival.  
- Sorry, no refunds the 30% on cancellations 
- Security deposit one night for week $ USD in cash or credit card  
upon arrival; (refundable  
following inspection and return of keys).
