Two bedrooms downstairs, very large bedroom upstairs ( currently
with
four single beds) plus a loft area with bed.  Plenty of room for two full families and kids!!

Full bath up and down.

Private, woodsy setting with a GREAT sled hill right outside the
back
door!. Surrounded by pine trees for the perfect peaceful feeling.

Large Hot Tub, private carport, TV, phone, DVD, stereo, dishwasher,
microwave-- fully stocked kitchen----- everything you need.

Close to major Ski areas- Heavenly easy access on Pioneer Trail
Walking trails, Bike paths nearby
Golf course within 5 minutes
Snowmobile park less than two minutes
Lake tahoe water sports ten minutes away

$ 750 per week April, May, September, October,
$ 995 per week all other months

Holidays weeks not included in this rate

Less than week rates = $ 250 Fri $250 Sat, $99 any other night. Weekend stay must include Fri & Sat as minimum

$ 75 one time setup/clean fee .

Local tax will be added to any rental period

$250 REFUNDABLE security/breakage deposit  applies to each booking.
