St. John Vacation Rental.

This St. John rental for your vacation is a condo. It has one air
conditioned bedroom and a convertible couch in the living room.
Both beds are queen sized so it’s comfortable for 4 adults or a
family. At about 1100 sq. feet, it has a large living/dining area
and a large fully equipped kitchen. There’s a furnished covered
porch off the living/dining area that has a nice view of Pillsbury
Sound and the Caribbean Sea looking over toward St. Thomas. (The

And, there is a pool on the premises too.

Sitting out on the villa porch in the morning sipping coffee is
wonderful with the view and the birds. We feed the birds and you’ll
enjoy the antics of the bananaquits, grassquits, bullfinches, and
hummingbirds.

This rental located just over a mile from Cruz Bay, the main town
and where the ferry from St. Thomas comes in. So it’s close enough
to be convenient but far enough away to be away from the loud bands
at night. And, in less than a 10 minute drive, you can be at the
beginning of the famous north shore beaches. The snorkeling is
wonderful right off the beach at most of them too.

We'll help you rent a car, get airline tickets, book an excursion to
the British Virgin Islands, go on a dive or snorkel trip, rent a
boat, or go on a day sail. Or, suggest a beach to go to, a place to
snorkel, or recommend one of the many great restaurants on St. John.

We'll meet you at the ferry dock in Cruz Bay and help you move your
luggage, pick up your rental car, and guide you back to the condo.

If you come to St. John once, you WILL come back.

your card empty so you won't miss that next shot. you'll get a CD
before you leave.

We furnish the linens and towels, soap and shampoo, and a hair
drier. There’s a coffee pot, a coffee grinder, and some fresh
coffee beans. There’s a washer/drier, and iron/ironing board here
too, so pack light.

boating, sunbathing, beach combing, kayaking, snuba (ask about this
one - it's GREAT), excursions, island hopping, sunset cruises,
shopping (we are a duty free port), sight seeing, fishing, beaches,
beaches, and more beaches.

$1200.00 per week from Aril 16 to Dec. 14

$1,800 per week from Dec. 15 to April 30

$2,200 Christmas week
