Beautiful Scenic Waterfront Vacation Retreat -- modern, spacious pre-
manufactured home located on 150 foot bulkheaded waterfront (canal
and creek), centrally located in Putnam County -- 29 miles to the
beaches in St. Augustine and Crescent Beach, 53 miles to
Jacksonville (home of the Jacksonville Jaguars and Super Bowl 2005),
53 miles to Daytona (Daytona races), 55 miles to Ocala (Silver
Springs), and only 91 miles to the entire Orlando entertainment
areas including Disney World.

You can bring your own boat; public ramp available within minutes
from property, and dock her at your front door for immediate access
to Dunns Creek and St. Johns River. St. Johns River is only 2-3
minutes from your front door by boat! The prized large mouth black
bass abounds in the St. Johns River, the Oklawaha River and in the
Rodman Reservoir, especially in the late spring and fall.

This property is located at 154 Boca Raton Road, Satsuma, Florida,
32189, and is at the dead end of Boca Raton Road. You have to drive
over dirt roads to get to the white fenced area and paved entrance
to Walker's Point -- which is completely surrounded by waterfront
and wilderness areas -- and is your own personal scenic retreat.

Completely Furnished -- Linens, full-service kitchen, multi
cabinets, large selection of dishes,utensils,pots and pans,
microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, toaster oven,electric can opener,
electric blender, garbage disposal, dishwasher, intercom
radio/cassette player, games. Outside has large covered carport with
gas barbeque grill, plus covered back porch and outdoor
furniture including 2 large rocking chairs,overlooking an outdoor practice/
driving net for the golfers. This house also has a
small covered porch on front of house facing Dunn's Creek and Rat
Island.

Three Bedrooms (2 King, 1 Queen -- one overlooking
canal),Two Baths,Cable TV (comcast). Master
bath has large step-in shower and separate oversized tub. Family
Room has comfortable rocker/recliner and couch with recliners at
both ends -- overlooking views of canal, wilderness, and Dunns
Creek, which flows into the St. Johns River. Ample parking for motor
home and/or boat trailer on adjacent lot.

Washer and Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board, Central Heat and Air,
virtually everything you could need - Due to location of property to
water, this is an adults only rental. Sorry, no smoking inside and
no pets are permitted.

Owners live adjacent to property to answer any questions you may
have about the house and/or the surrounding areas of interest.

Tour the wilderness, watch nature at its finest, including turtles,
alligators, many birds, egrets, owls, hawks, or fish for various
types of fish (after all, this is the Bass Capital of the World) --

or fish without leaving your own scenic retreat -- Lots of big bass
live in those lily pads at the end of the property.

Visit Palatka's famous oldest restaurant, Angel's, for their
delicious burgers and shakes, or try prime rib, fish and shrimp
dishes at local restaurants, some overlooking the St. Johns River.

Antique shops, arts and crafts shows, flea markets, golf courses,
fishing tournaments, outlet mall shopping centers -- whatever your
pleasure -- are only a short distance away. Local theaters showing
the latest films and at reasonable prices! Local School of Art
offers many free performances.

Local Senior Friends and other groups have numerous on-going health
and fun activities and outings, and local Over 50's Club and other
groups have weekly and/or monthly dances. Churches of all
denominations are within driving distance.

Other activities available upon advance request are rides on the
Owner's Pontoon boat (not included in rental price) down Murphy's
Creek to watch for alligators, or to water-front restaurants for a
gourmet lunch or dinner on the St. Johns River or over to the local
Burger King for shakes and hamburgers!

MONTHLY - $1,450 (U. S. Dollars) OR $1,400 (U.S. Dollars) with minimum stay of 2 months  

WEEKLY - $750 (U. S. Dollars) OR $700 for more than one week

Security deposits will be required to reserve this property for you 
( $175 for weekly or $750 for monthly). Total rental
amounts are due in full at least one week prior to check-in, unless
other arrangements are made between Owners and Renters. Security
deposits will be refunded within one week of check-out, provided
there are no renter-related damages to property.

Rental rates includes water, electricity up to $50/month, cable tv,
and weekly trash/garbage pickups, regular yard maintenance.
