Vacation Rental Description

Listen to the surf from your bed at night. Slip out while the family 
sleeps-in and catch the waves at dawn. Sip tropical fruit smoothies 
on the beach-front terrace for breakfast. Invite friends to share 
fresh guacamole and cold beer under the pool-side palapa at night. 
Los Delfines is a wonderful family vacation destination. 

Ours is a single-family home nestled into the Los Delfines 
Condominium Community. One of a group of eleven three-bedroom/two-
bath homes. One bedroom has a king bed with ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen bed, 
and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. 

Casa #4 is all about families. We built a child-safe 
courtyard to keep toddlers out of the pools; the home is unfussy 
with games and books; no TV on purpose - this is a magical place for 
imagination and natural creativity. 

Los Delfines has two spotlessly clean swimming pools, and fronts a 
glorious, uncrowded crescent beach. We are a minute away from two 
small stores, and less than ten minutes from the village square. 
Sayulita offers 6,000 tropical plants. Whales and Dolphins sport 
within sight (hence our name - Los Delfines). Fresh fish are dragged 
onto the beach daily by local fishermen. There are restaurants for 
every budget. And for the adventurous, there are jungle trails with 
horse rides, a turtle preserve and Huichol Indian communities to 
befriend. You can eat the street food, walk out after dark, send the 
kids shopping, swim, snorkle and play in the ocean. Renting several 
homes within Los Delfines makes for a fabulous family reunion!

We are one of the only homes with Wireless Internet connection
(password will be available at check-in) so bring your laptop. 

1 King bed in master bedroom with ensuite, 1 queen bed in second bedroom, 
and 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds, AC in all bedrooms

House includes a Full Kitchen, Microwave, Refrigerator, Cooking Utensils provided, 
Linens provided, Washer & Dryer, Pool (shared), Surfboard Rack, Charcoal 
Grill (BBQ), sorry pets not allowed, No Smoking,

Vacation Rental Rates

October 2007 - June 30, 2008 = $ 1500.00 USD/week
July 1st - September 30, 2008 = $ 1300.00 USD/week
October 2008 - June 30, 2009  = $ 1600.00 USD/week
Christmas, New Years etc = $3000.00 USD/week
Thanksgiving, Easter, Presidents Day, Semana Santa = $2400.00 USD/week
