Vacation Rental Description

Visit our newly decorated beautiful home away from home across the  
street from "the world's most beautiful beaches". Our townhome is  
located in Gulf Highlands Beach Resort in the heart of Panama City  
Beach, FL.  The resort features a swimming pool with beach house and  
restaurant/snack bar located directly on the beach with deck and  
lounge chairs, 10 other swimming pools (some heated), tennis courts  
(2 are lighted), free unlimited miniature golf, shuffleboard, 24- 
hour security and gated community, and a lagoon for fishing all  
located within the complex. 
 
This is a 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath condo that has almost 1,200 square  
feet for a relaxing family beach vacation. The master bedroom  
features a new king size bed and private bath. The guest bedroom has  
a queen size bed and twin bed with it's own private bath, and the  
living room has a sleeper sofa and half bath. It has a fully stocked  
kitchen, dishwasher, tile floors, washer/dryer, tv's in all bedrooms  
and living room, dvd and vcr, stereo, and grill to cookout.  
 
This is a glassback condo located on the canal. You can fish off the  
back deck, cook out, or just relax and enjoy the view. There are 2  
dedicated parking spaces located at your front door to unload  
luggage and groceries.  
 
We provide 2 new adult tennis racquets and 2 new Jr. tennis  
racquets and tennis balls for use.  We also provide putters and golf  
balls for use at the miniature golf on-site. 
 
We also provide several dvd and vhs movies, books, board games,  
playing cards, and beach towels for use during your stay. 
 
We are conveniently located behind the Shoppes at Edgewater, with  
our private gate to walk to Rock-It Lanes (bowling, pool tables,  
skating rink, arcade game room, snack bar & spors bar), movie  
theater, Subway, Montego Bay, FireFly fine dining (formerly Canopies  
at different location),and several other shops and restaurants.  We  
are also within walking distance to a Super Wal-Mart, Burger King,  
BackYard Burger, Salty's, Applebee's, Pompano's, Saltwater Grill,  
and several other shops & restaurants.   
 
We are in close proximity to Pier Park, Frank Brown Softball  
Complex, Gulf World, Zoo World, the new Ripley's Believe It or  
Not, Spinnakers, Club La Vela, Pineapple Willie's, BoneFish,  
Carrabba's Italian Grill, Captain Anderson's, BoatYard, Schooner's,  
and several golf courses.

* Add 10.5% sales tax. 
* Cleaning fee is included in weekly rates. If reserving nightly,  
please add $65 cleaning fee. 
* You must be at least 25 years old to rent. 
* No smoking. 
* A deposit of $200.00 is required to hold your dates, and will be  
returned as soon as the maid cleans and takes inventory after your  
visit.
