Our townhome is located in Gulf Highlands Beach Resort in the heart of Panama City Beach, FL. The resort features a swimming pool with beach house and restaurant/snack bar located directly on the beach with deck and lounge chairs, 10 other swimming pools (some heated), tennis courts (2 are lighted), free unlimited 18-hole miniature golf, shuffleboard, 24-hour security and gated community, and a lagoon for fishing all located within the complex.

This is a totally remodeled 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath condo that has almost 1,200 square feet for a relaxing family beach vacation. The master bedroom features a new king size bed, large closet, new 32" flat screen tv & dvd, and private bath. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and twin bed along with a 32" flat screen tv with dvd along with it's own private bath.  The living room features a new 52" flat screen HD tv and dvd along with a sleeper sofa and half bath.  It has a fully stocked kitchen with new cabinets, granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and more. 

There is all new tile floors in the kitchen, dining & living room and new laminate wood flooring in the bedrooms.  This condo also features a full washer/dryer, new flat screen tv's & dvd's in living rooms and both bedrooms, and grill to cookout.

This is a glassback condo located on the canal. You can fish off the back deck, cook out, or just relax and enjoy the view.  There are 2 dedicated parking spaces located at your front door to unload luggage and groceries.

We provide 2 new adult tennis racquets and 2 new Jr. tennis racquets and tennis balls for use. We also provide putters and golf balls for use at the miniature golf on-site.

We also provide several dvd and vhs movies, books, board games & playing cards for use during your stay.  We also offer a golf cart available for rental.  Please inquire if interested.

The trolley service runs every 30 minutes on Friday-Sunday from 10am-midnight. It stops at Pier Park, Gulf World, Shipwreck Water Park, Wal-Mart & the Churchwell Park-n-Ride.

* You must be at least 25 years old to rent.
* During peak times such as Spring Break & Summer- a minimum weeks stay is required from either Saturday-Saturday or Sunday-Sunday.

* A deposit of $200.00 is required to hold your dates and will be returned as soon as the unit is cleaned and inventoried after your visit.
*Small pets allowed upon approval. $100 non-refundable pet deposit required

*Golf cart available for rental for $150 a week. Please inquire if interested.
