quiet Lido Key just one block to the white sands of Lido Beach, St  
Armand’s Circle is a short stroll, and trendy downtown Sarasota is 5  
minutes by car. The Lido Beach Public Facility with concessions,  
picnic tables, and A HEATED POOL RIGHT ON THE BEACH is just around  
the corner. 
 
You’ll find everything you need for a perfect vacation here in our 
Lido Key Hideaway. The kitchen is fully equipped right down to the 
wine glasses. The queen bed is cozy and comfortable. The unit is  
updated with a designer's touch and tiled throughout. The private 
deck/garden area with gas grill is great for an afternoon meal 
following a fun day at the beach. 
 
Spend your vacation in style! We are confident you will find Lido Key 
Hideaway a peaceful, private, and relaxing destination.

Vacation Rental Amenities

2 flat screen Cable TVs, DVD(1), Fully equipped kitchen all the way  
down to the wine glasses, Very comfortable Queen bed with linens 
provided, Central Air Conditioning, Gas Grill, and umbrella table on 
large deck in fenced garden.  
Small dog allowed with owner's permission, No Smoking allowed inside

Convenient to everything Sarasota has to offer! Shop till you drop  
at the "Rodeo Drive of the South" - St. Armand’s Circle. Eat at  
world-class restaurants with breathtaking water views. Visit the  
manatees, sharks, and sting rays at Mote Marine. Spend the day at  
the estate and museums of John Ringling. Visit the exotic orchids of  
Selby Botanical Gardens on beautiful Sarasota Bay. Kayak or sail  
through the pristine waters surrounding Sarasota. Bike the flat  
trails to South beach, or North to Longboat Key. Catch a play in  
trendy Downtown Sarasota. So much to do...So little time!

Vacation Rental Rates

June 1st- December 14th  $100/day   $695/week   $1,000/month for 
consecutive months	  
	 
 
December 15th- May 31st  $115/day  $795/week   $2,500/month	 
 
Holidays and high-booking times are slightly more 
25% deposit to hold the unit. Deposit is non-refundable 
Cleaning fee- $55 
Security deposit check for $400 returned within two weeks after departure 
Unit is a house keeping facility. Please leave the unit as you found 
it. Thank you!
