May-Dec). Unit is newly remodeled, on ground floor, and is an end 
unit (one unit above and on one side) with deck and dock on lake.  
Screened sunroom adds an extra room to the condo. Deck area with 
furniture for sunbathing in the privacy of your own condo.  Parking 
is steps away.  Property has security that patrols the complex. All 
utilties are included. Conveniently located to I-275 making access 
easy. Beautiful beaches and views abound. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Unit has all amenities to make your stay feel like home. Microwave, 
toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, bread maker, washer and dryer.  
Two TVs, VCR/DVD, and stereo with CD player. All kitchen utensils and 
linens.  Master bedroom has queen bed and second bedroom has 2 twin 
beds.  Futon in sun room.  Complex has heated 
pool and jacuzzi, pool tables, exercise equipment, social area with 
refrigerator and bar, fishing docks, and walking paths.  

Activities and Attractions

Cross bridge west over intracoastal waterway to St. Pete Beach 
(beaches, nightclubs, restuarants,minature golf, parasailing, 
sailing and fishing charters,...). Cross bridge south to Tierra 
Verde (boat, jetski rentals,..)and Ft. Desoto Park, home to one of 
the top ten beaches in the USA (with an abundance of seashells). 
Approximately 10 minute drive to downtown St. Petersburg (baseball, 
museums, nightlife) and 30 minutes to Tampa (international airport, 
baseball, football, museums, nightlife, Busch Gardens, Florida 
Aquarium, cruise ships, shopping,...).  Orlando and the central 
Florida theme parks (Disney, Universal, SeaWorld,...) are a 90 
minute drive.
