cove. Short 200 yard boat ride to main lake channel in which you
are Mid Lake (Denver area) mile marker(12)on lake. T.V., woodfloors
and lots of windows for light and great views!! 1 B/R and sofa bed
to sleep 4 comfortably.
Cottage is located in Denver within minutes to grocery stores,
restaurants, bait and other amenities. In addition, this house is
located 5 minutes from the Little Creek public boat ramp for easy
access. 

  This is a NO SMOKING Home and no Pets allowed.

Jet-Ski/Boat rentals, Bumper Boats, Volleyball, River Boat rides on
the Catawba Queen.
Local Restaurants both on land and the lake

Golf: Westport Golf Club or Verdict Ridge nearby
