minute ride by boat to the open Gulf of Mexico! The 650 square foot townhouse is bright, airy,
boasts a tranquil and beautiful, nature-lover's view from every window.
This one-bedroom loft home is fully furnished with a queen size bed and a queen size
sleeper couch. There is a full bathroom upstairs and a half bath downstairs.
The home is cozy and very private, with a rustic cabin-type of feel.
This part of Florida is still natural and uncongested; perfect for a
a romantic get-away, fishing vacation or just to relax and enjoy the
beautiful and tranquil surroundings. Plenty of parking.

Kitchen includes a fully equipped kitchen, ice maker, garbage disposal, dishwasher, outside gas
grill, washer & dryer, Cable TV, VCR & DVD, and high speed Internet. An outdoor deck overlooks a
natural marsh area. The property has a community pool, boat dock with a fish cleaning
station and abundant parking. The boat dock is for shallow draft 21'
maximum watercrafts; however, boaters with larger boats can arrange to keep
their boats at Twin Rivers Marina located within walking distance from the
home or use the free public boat ramps within a 3-minute drive at Fort Island Trail Park
and Fort Island Gulf Beach. Fort Island Beach is the primary beach in this area. Also nearby is the
Plantation Inn Golf Resort, a variety of restaurants, shops, and
Crystal River’s quaint historic downtown with it’s unique stores and
community events. Three Rivers Hospital is just a few miles away.

The Crystal River area offers a number of things to do, see and
explore.

* Fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking (rentals available year
around)
* 14 public and private Golf courses all located within 30
minutes, including the world famious World Woods Golf Course.

$599.00 per week or $1,199.00 per month  - January to March -
$499.00 per week or $1,000.00 per month  - April to December -

11% State and tourist taxes applicable. $75.00 cleaning fee. 
$300.00 security deposit required with reservation.
 Pets welcomed with a $99.00 non-refundable pet fee.

Total rental payment amount due 30 days prior to arrival date.
CANCELATION POLICY:  If cancelation notice is received in less than 30 days prior to arrival date, deposit is not refundable. If full rental payment is not received by due date, all deposits will be forfeited and are not refundable.
