Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to Margeritaville, otherwise known as "Colbarron Cove" at 
2000 Renfrew Road, Shawnigan Lake, BC.

Our vacation home consists of 3 acres with several hundred feet of 
beach front on a sheltered cove.

The water is clean and beautiful to swim and play in. We have 
several water toys including a trampoline! Our new dock has room to moore 
your boat or just relax and enjoy the scenery.

You can catch fish right from the beach or dock, or take one of our 
paddle boats out for the big ones!

The property is landscaped and irrigated and there's lots of room 
for playing lawn games such as croquet, badminton or volleyball.

The deluxe accommodations are the upper level of the residence and 
fully equipped with big screen TV, leather furniture, master bedroom
and second bunk room.

Available June through September.

We reserve the right to occupy the lower level at times in a fully 
self contained accommodation and to share the property and beach.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Dock, Fully equipped kitchen+linens, big screen TV + DVD, leather 
furniture, games room, huge deck and patios, barbeque, beach, paddle 
boat, row boat, water trampoline, various outdoor games, private 3 
acre property

Activities and Attractions

Swimming, tubing, wake boarding, skiing, golf, horseback riding, 
shopping and sightseeing (30 minutes to Victoria), hiking, 
beachcombing, sailing, boating, fishing

Vacation Rental Rates

$2400 CDN per week summer rental

Off season $2,000 per month, weekly rates available upon request (winter rental Sep 15-May 31)
