Vacation Rental Description

Beachfront - Rental unit is directly on a sandy beach. The beach is 
visible and there are no other properties between this property and 
the beach. 

Walk out the sliding glass doors (no stairs) to the pure white sandy 
beach of the Gulf of Mexico or to one of the nicest pool / courtyard 
settings on the panhandle.

It doesn't get any better. Enjoy the expansive pure white sandy 
beach, warm Gulf of Mexico, gentle breeze and a pool side, well 
appointed beachfront 2 bedroom condominium.

This condo has been completely rebuilt and refurnished since 
Hurricane Ivan!
All new kitchen and appliances! Kids bedroom includes bunks and a 
cable TV and a DVD Player. 
All the furniture (bed too) in the master bedroom is brand new and it 
too has cable TV and a DVD player! 
All new living room furniture + full wall mirror.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The immaculate pool is cleaned every morning.  Even when it is very 
windy on the beach the pool area has just a gentle breeze.

Spacious lawn and gardens with flowering plants and palms make for a 
relaxing vacation

to name a few of what might be the catch of the day

Fishing off the dock on the Intercostal side is a lot of fun too.

Summer Rate: $280/night (minimum 3 nts) $1400/week. (+ 11.5% in taxes)
Fall Rate: $175/night (minumum 2 nts) $900/week, $1800/month. (+ 
11.5% in taxes)
Winter Rate: $150/night(minuimum 2 nts) $750/week, $1350/month. (+ 
11.5% in taxes)
Spring Rate.. $175/night (minumum 3 nts) $900/week, (+ 11.5% in taxes)
Summer rate starts Mid May ends the Sat after Labor Day
Fall Rate starts the Sat after Labor Day and ends the 1st Sat in 
November
Winter Rate starts the 1st Sat in November and ends March 1
Spring Rate starts March 1st and ends Mid May
