This condo has it all...linens, pots, pans, tableware, 3 color
TVs, DVD, VCR, cable, telephone, answering machine, microwave,
dishwasher, garbage disposal, towels, bed linens, iron, ironing
board, small kitchen appliances, washer and dryer inside the unit
and beach chairs & umbrella. Cable and all utilities provided.

The Living room has large sliding glass doors that open
to a screened in porch w/ table 4 chairs, all looking out over the
Atlantic Ocean.

* "Conch Alley"-US 1 Port St. Lucie- Gorgeous and reasonable seaside
and shell creations- Great variety of shells of all sizes -very
inexpensive.

"In" season is Dec.1 - Apr.30. Rates are $850 per week, one week
minimum
"Out of season", May 1 - Nov.30 Rates are $550 per week, 1-week
minimum.
There is a one time maid fee of $85.00.
We will give discounts for extended rentals.
Check In Time: After 3:00PM - Check Out Time: Before 11:00AM
SECURITY DEPOSIT: $200 will be collected at the time of 1st
deposit. This security deposit will be refunded if no damage or
loss occurs.
Full payment is due no later than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival
date.
Florida Resort Tax is not included on the above price.
Cancellations and Refunds:
For any cancellations which occur at least 60 days prior to your
scheduled arrival date, refund of monies paid less $200.
For cancellations that occur within 60 days of your scheduled
arrival date, for any reason whatsoever, deposits and rental payment
are refunded only to the extent that your week(s)/month(s) can be re-
rented.
