Vacation Rental Description

Treasure Coast on South Hutchinson Island. Ocean Village 
is a gated resort community on the Ocean with 24 hour security 3,000 
feet of Ocean beach, Heated Swimming Pools, Jacuzzi, and a Par 3 
Nine Hole Golf Course.

The view is spectacular! Complete, unobstructed view of the 
Atlantic Ocean.

This condo has it all...linens, pots, pans, tableware, 3 color 
TVs, DVD, VCR, cable, telephone, answering machine, microwave, 
dishwasher, garbage disposal, towels, bed linens, iron, ironing 
board, small kitchen appliances, washer and dryer inside the unit 
and beach chairs & umbrella. Cable and all utilities provided.  

BEDS: 1 Queen bed, 1 Double bed and a queen sofa bed 

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Living room has large sliding glass doors that open 
to a screened in porch w/ table 4 chairs, all looking out over the 
Atlantic Ocean.

Par 3, 9 hole Executive Golf Course, 10 Tennis Courts, Pro Shop, 
Exercise Room, Clubhouse, Poolside Tiki 
Bar,  Sauna, Exercise room, 2 Bocce Ball Courts, 1 Suffleboard

Bring your golfclubs or rent some from the pro shop.

Activities and Attractions

Many tourist attractions located only 15 min. to approximately 2 
hours...Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, 
Kennedy Space Center, Seaworld, The Manatee Watch Center, Lion 
Country Safari and many more.  Marinas and shops nearby. Other 
nearby activities include charter fishing trips, parasailing, movies 
and more...

West Palm Beach less than 1 hour away.

Miami and South beach just 2 1/2 hours.

Easy access from I-95 and Florida Turnpike.


Suggested Shopping:
*Downtown Fort Pierce-Many unusual gift shops, art galleries, etc. 
*Downtown Stuart-You could shop all day and not see every store- 
each one with a different theme. Very "artsy" atmosphere mingled 
with great sports bars and restaurants. 
* "Conch Alley"-US 1 Port St. Lucie- Gorgeous and reasonable seaside 
and shell creations- Great variety of shells of all sizes -very 
inexpensive.                                                         
    

Vacation Rental Rates

"In" season is Dec.1 - Apr.30. Rates are $1000 per week, 2-week 
minimum.
"Out of season", May 1 - Nov.30 Rates are $650 per week, 1-week 
minimum.
There is a one time maid fee of $105.00. 

We will give discounts for extended rentals.

Check In Time: After 3:00PM - Check Out Time: Before 11:00AM

SECURITY DEPOSIT:  $200 will be collected at the time of 1st  
deposit.  This security deposit will be refunded if no damage or 
loss occurs.

Full payment is due no later than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival 
date.

Florida Resort Tax is not included on the above price.

Cancellations and Refunds:
For any cancellations which occur at least 60 days prior to your 
scheduled arrival date, refund of monies paid less $200.

For cancellations that occur within 60 days of your scheduled 
arrival date, for any reason whatsoever, deposits and rental payment 
are refunded only to the extent that your week(s)/month(s) can be re-
rented.
