Vacation Rental Description
New 2nd Floor Condominium (elevator access to uppper floors). Two
bedrooms...Master bedroom has a queen size bed with TV and the
second bedroom has two twin size beds. The master
bedroom has two walk-in closets. There are two full bathrooms and
everything is decorator furnished. The living room has an
entertainment wall unit with a TV and DVD/VCR player. The kitchen
has a glass top table with four chairs. The lanai has a beautiful
view of a lake. Cable on all of the TVs.
The condominium was completed in May 2005 and all furnishings
are completely new.
Vacation Rental Amenities
The condominium features a spacious open floor plan with living
room,and full kitchen with breakfast bar and dinette
area. The screened Lanai overlooks a spectacular view of the lake
and golf course. There is a dishwasher, microwave, electric range,
coffeemaker, toaster, and refrigerator with ice and water in the
door. All dishes, cookware, and utensils are included. Additional
amenities provided are the Laundry room, air conditioning, Cable TV,
VCR/DVD,&telephones. Legends Golf and Country Club is a gated
community located a short distance from I-75 and the Airport. Close
to Bonita Beach, Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva Islands. The
golf course is a full 18-hole golf course, not a par 3. Also in
this resort style community is a 2.5 mile walking trail, tennis
courts, snack bar, pro shop, restaurant, computer room, card room,
pool room, gym and exercise room for aerobics of all types. Water
fitness is also offered in the clubhouse pool. This pool is
picturesque with a continuous flow water fall. The pool is large
and surrounded by lounge chairs. There is also a spa in the pool
area. The Clubhouse is approximately .7 miles from the condo.
However, there is a smaller pool near the building for use by the
condo tenants. This Condominium does include a lighted
covered carport along with multiple Swimming Pools, Whirlpool,
Exercise Room,Sauna, Tennis Courts & Clubhouse. Smoking is allowed
only on the Lanai and No pets please!!
Activities and Attractions
Legends championship,18 hole golf course is beautifully maintained
and challenging for all level golfers. Tennis courts, resort heated
swimming pool with waterfall and much more is located right within
this community - all for your personal use. If you want to play
golf, there is a golf membership transfer fee of $150 during your
stay. This entitles you and your partner to play unlimited golf.The
Fort Myers and Sanibel white sand beaches are short drive from this
condo. Take your beach chairs and chilled bottle of wine down
to enjoy the spectacular sunsets.
